Our mission:  We partner with organizations to create accessibility for every. body. 

We can help clients assess current practices, identify gaps and develop practical next steps for accessibility to move beyond compliance. We do this through professional assessments, policy reviews, leadership advising, customized ADA training and project management.

Who We Are

Melissa Fletcher, Owner and Principal Consultant

Disability inclusion has been at the center of Melissa’s work since learning American Sign Language (ASL) at the age of eight. This passion has grown into 20 plus years of experience advancing accessibility across education, nonprofit, and corporate environments.

As a director, consultant, trainer, and speaker, Melissa partners with organizations to build strategies that improve access for employees, students, and communities. Her work combines professional expertise with her own lived experience. 

Melissa specializes in accessibility planning, policy review, disability inclusion strategy, training and facilitation and Universal Design for Learning. She is committed to helping organizations create environments where accessibility is embedded into culture, not an afterthought. 

Melissa also regularly collaborates with other professionals to bring a wide scope of options for accessibility work.
